One of the many advantages of choosing to live at Partridge Hill is that we have an on-site maintenance team ready to help you when you’re in need. If there’s ever a problem, simply call us and we will send someone to your apartment to have the issue assessed and taken care of.
Our maintenance team is happy to perform any of the following tasks:
- Maintenance and repairs needed after normal usage/wear.
- Annual preventative inspections.
- Maintenance-related equipment repairs.
- Repair of clogged drains.
- Repair of leaking faucets.
- Repair/replacement of inoperative heating/AC systems.
- Installation of light bulbs and other household items the tenant has purchased, if needed.
In addition to the above, our team will address emergency maintenance situations 24/7. An emergency maintenance situation involves anything that can cause harm to human life or the property. If a situation like this should arise, please call 518-283-0195 and you will be given the on-call number.
For regular maintenance requests, tenants can visit our Tenant Portal to fill out a maintenance request and they will be contacted regarding the matter.
